How long do orders usually take to process?

Once payment has been completed, orders typically takes up to a few hours to process before shipment. Orders before 1pm are generally shipped the same day.

How long is the delivery time?

The current wait time for delivery for all regions are about 1 – 4 days as stated on the product description. We will be updating this accordingly soon.

Where will orders be shipped from?

Your orders will be shipped from our centre from Houston, TX, U.S.A.

Which courier will be used for delivery?

All orders will be shipped via FedEX, UPS and USPS. If you need urgent delivery, just reach us from the contact page after your order.

What if I am not home during the delivery?

Anyone at home can receive the package on your behalf. Or the carrier will leave the package to the mailbox.

I have not recieved any order confirmation details?

This usually happens due to an incorrect email. Do make sure that your email is indeed correct when you place an order. Do kindly check your spam folder as well to see if your confirmation email was sent there.

Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 3 days from the date you receive the product. If 3 days have gone by since, we will unfortunately be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. We will also require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do note to not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please do note that return postage fees will not be covered by us as well. We do recommend emailing our support team for full details.

Refund Policy

We offer a 100% money back guarantee refund on all items defective on delivery and orders undelivered in 10 days. We are also able to send replacement items if you would like. If your order arrived damaged, please attach photos for proof so we can make it right for you as soon as possible.

Once your item is received, it will be inspected by our Q&C team to ascertain if the item is indeed defective. We will then send you an email to notify you on the status of your refund.
